Alliance Tournament 7 sign-ups were closed last week, 91 valid sign-ups in total. 11 were automatically granted a place due to their standing in Alliance Tournament 6. Among the rest 80 sign-ups, 53 were drawn from a hat to see who would get the remaining slots. Additionally, ten alliances have been drawn as reserves, should anyone pull out.
